Why me?
Why hiring me is not a mistake.
TL;DR
I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science at the University of Florida, specializing in Parallel Systems with a minor in Data Engineering and Machine Learning. I have over 5 years of industry experience and I am currently looking for a summer internship. Here is my resume.
Hi! I’m Anup, originally from Nepal and currently pursuing a Master’s in Computer Science at the University of Florida.
My primary interest lies in parallel computer architecture. With the growing demand for computational resources, scalable parallel systems are the way forward. However, designing efficient and scalable distributed parallel systems remains a complex challenge—and that’s exactly where I want to focus my efforts.
Beyond this, I’m also passionate about Data Engineering and Machine Learning.
This semester, I’m affiliated with the Adaptive Learning and Optimization Lab, where I’m working on predicting users’ tipping point in the context of social norm emergence using TGNNs and developing an interactive visualization system to maintain information integrity in online social networks.
Before joining UF, I worked at Airvet, a leading startup providing 24/7 veterinary care as an employee benefit.
I bring over five years of full-stack software engineering experience, during which I’ve architected products from the ground up and scaled them to serve thousands of users.
Currently, I’m looking for internship opportunities where I can contribute to designing scalable systems or building and managing data pipelines for ML models, analytics, and more.
